You might say, "Why would I want to bother?" Well, it helps to keep you aware of what you are putting in your mouth. Most people aren't aware of just how many calories that they are consuming during the day. It can be quite an eye opener. I don't intend to do it every day, but it helps to keep me on track and to know approximately how many calories are eaten.
